This file gives a brief overview of the config.sqh library.

config.sqh is a small set of porcedures that read and write
configuration files.  The configuration files are plain text
and consist of name, value pairs.

config.sqh is freely distributable as long as the original 
copyright notice is kept and the source code is provided.
For the legal language, see "COPYING.TXT".
